Voting Question: Air force and trying to get married:/?

So my fiancé is joining the air force.But we can't get married for another 12 months due to private issues. If he is to go to basic training soon and go to technical school, which there is one in Biloxi Mississippi, where I live. Would we be able to get married while he was in tech school which he is going for the xray person Thingy or would we have to wait until he got out of that, and if we had to wait, would he be done within our 12 month schedule?
