Voting Question: How do i get my mom to move me to mississippi?

im 13, turning 14 next year in sept. but i want to know how do i let my mom move all the way over near the biloxi area with my cousins and my aunt? just me not my mom, i live in TX, and when i visit my cousins over there ect.. i just get so jelous its so fun funner then here in Dallas, my aunt gwen and cousins caleb and dalton are beast and i want to move over there to live with her and my cousins so bad, my mom says stop being rediculous, but im not im serious about this, i want to move and stuff because to much stress here, with school ect..... and im loved by a bunch of ppl when i visit my cousins and there friends and ive already got girls falling in love with me, but is there anyway i can make my mom let me move over there. please help if there's a way i can convince her let me know....
